The RIDGID 83080 Hinged Pipe Cutter is designed for rapid cutting of steel pipe. Offering optimal tool performance, it cuts pipe squarely, accurately and quickly. The steel pipe cutter features a precision-machined, high-grade steel cutter wheel for long life and maximum cutting accuracy. It has an extra sharp wheel for up to 40 percent faster cutting. The pipe cutter operates with minimal cutter rotation, making it ideal for use in tight quarters. For ease of use, the 466-S comes with a second handle for convenient 2-man leverage of larger pipes. Pipe cutter has an 4-inch to 6-inch pipe capacity.
- Designed for rapid cutting of 2” (50 mm) to 12” (300 mm) steel pipe, heavy-wall steel pipe and cast-iron pipe.
- The 11 models operate with minimal cutter rotation as necessary for tight quarters.
- Second handle included for 466, 472 and 468 makes two-man leverage possible for large pipe sizes.
- 360 rotation not required due to 4 cutter wheels.
