What are your store hours of operation?

Both Unicoa locations are open from 6:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. Closed all major 7 Holidays.

Where do you ship?

Unicoa ships wherever our customers need us. We ship locally all over the valley and also send UPS, Fedex, and LTL Freight all over the country. 

Which shipping companies do you use?

We get quotes from at least 10 different companies. Including, but not limited to UPS, Fedex, SAIA, Old Dominion, DATS, and Yellow.

How much are shipping charges?

Shipping charges depend on order size and order destination. We get quotes from multiple companies to provide the most economical way to get your merchandise to you safely.

When is your shipping cutoff time?

1pm for Freight shipments, 2pm for parcel shipments

What if I need my order delivered by a specific date?

That is no problem at all. Our dispatch manager is prepared to get your order where you need it, WHEN you need it.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed before 10am are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10am will ship on first run the following morning. Hot Shot and Rush deliveries are available, so please check with your salesperson.

What happens if my order gets damaged during shipping? 

Claims can be filed for both parcel and freight deliveries. Please contact your salesperson within 24 hours of receipt to discuss damages or shortages.

What taxes am I responsible for?

If my order requires freight shipping, who is responsible for unloading my order?

Please have a forklift and forklift operator available to take delivery. Lift-gate service available by request as well.

How do I change my account information?

In order to change your account information, go to the My Account tab. From this page you can edit your profile, manage addresses, change passwords, and update privacy settings.

How do I track my orders through the website?

To find your order history and current orders, click the My Account tab. Under the Account Tools section, click on Track Orders.

What is a wishlist?

A wishlist is a feature we included on our website to allow customers to create a list of products they want, but aren't ready to buy.

Can I purchase items without an account?

Our website is currently for account customers only. We will be adding the ability to purchase without an account in the near future.

Can I request a quote of items not on your website?

Yes, we accept requests for items that are not on our website. There are two ways to request a quote for an item that is not on our website:

1. For a single item: At the bottom of every search result/product page, there is a section titled “Don’t see what you need?” with a hyperlink below. Here, you can enter some basic information about yourself, as well as the item that you are needing a quote for.

2. For multiple items: If you have already added items to your quote, you can click on the Quote Clipboard in the top right corner of your screen. This will list all of the items on your quote, with a link to “View Pending Quote Request”. Clicking “Add Item” will open a dialog box, with an option to add Non-Stock items.

Can I save my quote if I’m not ready to place it?

Quote carts are saved as items are added to them, will never expire or submit automatically, and can be submitted at any time. Simply log into your account, and you will have access to your quote cart where you left off.

Can I save more than one quote at a time?

No, you can only have one quote cart at a time. However, you can have multiple active wish lists, and you can add all items from a wish list to your quote cart. Visit the My Account page, and click “Wish Lists” under Shopping Tools to view and modify your wish lists.

Can I use different payment methods for multiple orders?

Yes, we can apply payments from all sources to any invoice requested.

How do I request a copy of an invoice?

You can view all of your open invoices from the My Account tab. Hover over the My Account menu option, and choose either “View Invoices” or “Current Statement” to view your open invoices.

Are some products only available in-store?

We are not allowed to ship certain products in their original packaging. We also service many of the items we sell, and cannot ship equipment that contains gasoline or other combustibles.

Is your store inventory different than your online inventory? 

Our store inventory contains many hard to find items that are not listed on the website. We can also quickly source many items that are not listed on the website or in the stores.

If an item is in-stock on your website, is it also available at your actual store?

The inventory levels shown on our website are the same as in-store. Be sure to note which location you are viewing when checking inventory levels.

Can I purchase gift cards from Unicoa? 

Not at this time, but we are hoping to soon - Keep checking back!
