The GBA18V40 single-layer battery features advancements in design to reduce resistance and increase efficiency, to improve the performance-to-weight ratio of tools used on the jobsite all day. The Bosch VAC090AH 9-Gallon Dust Extractor with Auto Filter Clean and HEPA Filter provides a complete package that is designed to help users move toward compliance with the OSHA silica dust regulation. The dust extractor delivers a maximum 150-cubic-feet-of-air-per-minute rate (CFM), with a sustainable 97 In. static water lift (maximum). The automatic on-board filter-cleaning system activates every 15 seconds to help maintain maximum suction power. The included HEPA filter captures 99.97% of particles at 0.3 microns and larger. The included fleece filter bag helps to protect the filter and provides the optimal containment of dry dust and debris. The dust extractor also has power tool activation that allows the tool to activate the vac and a Power Broker dial to match the suction force to application.

The Bosch 18SG-5E Surface Grinding Dust-Extraction Guard works with the Bosch 4-1/2 In. and 5 In. angle grinders. The guard and grinder can be part of the end-to-end Bosch PRO+GUARD™ Protection System, along with attachments, dust extractor and respiration protection (to be used as a basic summary; always use products in accordance with the owner’s manual and OSHA Rule 1926.1153 Table 1). Bosch Edge Circular Saw Blades start sharp, stay sharp and resist impact damage for long life. They are designed for tough construction jobs, because they are engineered with Brute Carbide, an upgraded C3/C4 micrograin carbide formulation that increases impact resistance. They have face-ground teeth for clean cuts. A round 5/8 In. arbor with a diamond knockout makes it compatible with both sidewinder and worm drive saws. To avoid warping, these blades have been built with expansion slots. These blades also feature control cut shoulders to reduce kickback, and they have body slots for excessive heat.

The Bosch CORE18V 6.3 Ah Battery is the core of an end-to-end product system that offers superior performance than previous generations – greater power, more runtime and backward and forward compatibility across the full Bosch 18V cordless lineup in a compact size. Employing next-generation Lithium-Ion technology, the CORE18V produces up to 1,440 Watts of energy, 80% more than previous-generation 6.0 Ah batteries. Bosch has answered the need for stronger and longer-lasting battery performance in high-load applications, corded-like performance where cordless tools have previously been unable to provide enough power and runtime. Put to the test drilling in concrete with the Bosch GBH18V-26 SDS-plus Bulldog Rotary Hammer, the CORE18V delivered up to 15% more holes using a 1/2 In. bit drilling 5 In. deep than previous-generation 18V 6.0 Ah batteries; with 1 In. holes drilling 6 In. deep, it delivered up to 32% more holes. Carrying more energy density than the previous-generation cells, the 10 next-gen, high-powered cells in this battery are laser-welded and rail-connected for high-current efficiency. They deliver performance comparable to batteries that are made with 15 standard cells (making them up to 35% larger). The 1.8 Lbs. CORE18V features the Bosch-exclusive CoolPack 2.0, which is an advanced configuration that provides up to 35% more cooling effect than predecessor batteries and provides up to 135% more battery life than batteries that don’t have CoolPack technology.
