The RIDGID 711 (26132) Universal Self-Opening Die Head for Model 1224, RH, 1/4” to 2” NPT, is designed for use with the model 1224 threading machine. The self-opening die head can be automatically opened for 1/2” through 2” pipe sizes. A trigger is used to open the die head when the NPT thread is complete. For 1/4” to 3/8” sizes, the die head is manually opened when the thread is complete.

When you need to re-thread plastic-coated pipe, attach this RIDGID 31827 1224 High-Speed NPT Die to your RIDGID 1224 Threading Machine (sold separately). The die is crafted to meet NPT standards and works on 2.5 to 4” (62 to 100 mm) pipe.
